- What are your hours of operation?
The Myes Elfe team officially works Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
Processing and Fulfillment stops at 5 pm. If you placed an order after
this time, your order will begin processing the following business day.
- How does shipping work?
All orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from Baltimore, Maryland
- Will I receive a tracking number?
YES! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided us as soon as your order ships.
Please Note: The order number IS NOT your tracking number.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Myes Elfe currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.
